What are the shipping charges?

Sellers provide FREE SHIPPING in India on all items listed on the site. For International shipments, the shipping charges are calculated based on your country and total weight of the products in cart.

 

Who will be shipping the items ordered?

Orders placed with the website are delivered and shipped by the sellers or merchants who will be listing the products on our site from their warehouse.

Orders are delivered within 10 working days or as per the delivery timeframe agreed at the time of order confirmation by seller and and depending upon the  Courier Company / post office norms.

For International orders, orders are first to our office (in Mumbai) by our sellers for quality check. Once quality check is completed, we will be shipping the order to your International address.

 

How are items packaged?

Our sellers do take care of proper packaging to avoid any form of damage and we guarantee that. In case you have selected the gift option during checkout, the package will be gift wrapped with your customised message inside it.

 

What is the estimated delivery time?

The estimated delivery time is mentioned on every page by the respective seller. Also we assure you guaranteed delivery within 10 working days. However for orders having customized items as requested by you, delivery time will be delivery timeframe agreed at the time of order confirmation by seller.

For International orders, the delivery duration is around 21 working days.

 

How will the delivery be done?

We have tied up with logistic companies to ship the products from sellers warehouse to your location. However it is at the seller's discretion to choose logistic provider. In case our or seller’s logistic partner do not deliver in your area, we will get in touch with you to figure out convenient alternate delivery address.

 

For International shipments, we ship all orders through UPS and Aramex.

We do ship internationally.

 

Do you have shipping charges for International orders?

Yes, The shipping charges are calculated based on your country and total weight of the products in cart.

 

Is there any other charge for International orders?

No, there is no additional charge levied by High5Store.com. However, there may be duty/import/clearance charges based on your destination country Import policies/laws. To know more, kindly check the Import policies/laws for any charges or contact your local courier company.

 

How do I track the status of my order?

We provide you detailed history of your current and past orders. You can check the status of your order from My Account -> History and details of my order. Also you will be intimated through mail whenever status of your order changes.

For items that are being shipped, we will provide you with a Tracking ID and URL for your shipment by which you can track the delivery on the respective websites of the courier partners.

Who bears the Octroi for certain locations in India?

Nagpur , Sangli , Dombivili , Nasik , Mumbai , Pimpri & Chinchwardi , Kothrud (Pune) , Ahmednagar , Pune , Akola are Octroiable cities. Any applicable octroi will be payable by the seller and buyer will not have to bear additional cost.

 

 

RETURNS

 

Can I return products which are delivered?

We accept return for products which are damaged, faulty, and wrong item being shipped. You can return such items ordered from high5store within 7 days from the receipt of the item.

For products not liked by you regardless of their condition being in good and exact specification as mentioned on the website, the individual store return policies will be applicable. Only items from sellers/stores which indicate as such in their online policy will be eligible for return.

In case you have received damaged item or the item does not meeting the item description you ordered, you can place request for return along with the photo image of the item within 24 hours of receiving your order. This photo will then be shared with the seller to confirm the authenticity of the request. High5store requests and expects all sellers and buyers to be fair and honest in their judgement for identifying a damaged item. If there is still no consensus, High5store will look into the case and try to resolve by acting as mediator. The decision taken by High5store will be binding upon both the parties under all circumstances.

While returning an item you should make sure that the item is in its original packing with all the tags intact. Washed, used and damaged goods will not be accepted for returns.

Following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement:

• Damages due to misuse of item;

• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of item;

• Any consumable item which has been used.

Once the item has been received by the seller, our customer care team will take appropriate further action to process your refund.

 

How can I return products to HighStore?

You can place request for return through multiple ways.

a. You can raise request for return from My Account -> History and details of my order within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please raise request only for those items which qualify for returns as mentioned in return policy above.

b. You can also get in touch with our customer care through email/phone within 24 hours of  receiving your order.

Please make sure the item adheres to our Returns Policy for us to process your Return Request.

 

Can I return items I am not fully satisfied?

It would depend upon the return policy of the individual seller as mentioned in the product and also in the seller page. Only items from sellers/stores which indicate as such in their store policy will be eligible for return.

 

Can I return items which are customized / stitched as per your requirement?

We do not accept returns on customized / stitched products as product cannot be returned to the seller or can be of any use. Hence, for customers who are not sure about the order / products are requested not to place request for customization.

 

Where do I send my return?

Once you place a return request, our customer care executive will then place your order for return and provide you the pickup details for return shipping.

 

Do I need to pay for return shipment?

No, High5store will provide free shipping service for pickup of the returned goods within India. Please confirm on the site or with customer care to check if your pincode is available for shipping return. If not, you will have to arrange for the return shipping through a reliable courier service. In all such cases High5store will be paying Rs.100 voucher which can be used to avail discount on any further purchase on our website.

 

For International orders, customer will be have to ship the order to our address and bear the shipping charges from their end.

 

When will I be refunded for the return?

It can take up to 7-10 days for the seller to receive your return, depending upon your and seller location and also on the courier service. Once the seller receives your returned item and confirms that the item returned is in proper condition, we will process the refund process within 24-48 hours. For online payment, we will be refunding the amount directly to the account through which tha paymant was made. For Cash On Delivery & Cash Before Delivery orders, you need to provide us with your bank details so that we can refund the amount to your account. We cannot refund the amount in the form of cash or cheque. In all other cases, we will be refunding the amount as voucher applicable for 6 months.

Also we will keep you informed through email confirming every action we have taken.

 

What if I am not happy with the resolution provided by the Seller for the return/refund case?

I did not receive the COD charges paid towards the order?

We are sorry to inform you that any charges paid towards Cash On Delivery/Cash Before Delivery are not refundable.

CANCELLATION

 

Can I cancel my order once placed?

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the sellers/store owners and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

High5store does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.

Please get in touch with our Customer Care immediately to place cancellation request. As long as seller(s) has/have not processed your order, we can cancel it and process your refund immediately.

 

Can I change/modify the product once placed?

You can request to alter the item attributes you have ordered like color, size. You can also ask for change or update in shipping address. You can place such a request till the seller has begun processing your order. Please get in touch with our customer care team immediately for such requests.

 

Can I cancel part of my order?

No, we accept only complete order cancellation till the seller(s) has/have begun processing your order.

 

Why was my order cancelled?

This could be because the item is out of stock or for some unforeseen circumstances. However High5Store will ensure that the appropriate and timely communication is provided to you and any applicable refund is processed in reasonable time.
